Returns

If you’re not 100% sure, you don’t have to decide right away. Take a few nights. Hey, take a couple of months. With our 60-Night Sleep On It program, we’ll give you a refund if you’re not absolutely in love with your bedding by then. Just send an email to us here within 60 days of the delivery receipt date to begin the return process.

You will receive a refund in the original method of payment once we inspect the returned items. All returned items will be donated to a local charity, so we ask that they come back undamaged and unmarked. We do not accept gift card returns. All shipping (including for returns) and handling fees are nonrefundable.

We believe that everyone deserves #ASafePlacetoSleep, so all returned goods will be donated to a local charity that supports safe housing for women and children.

For US customers, a handling fee of $20 will be deducted from your refund. We are charged a customs brokerage fee to receive returned items from the US, so this handling fee covers a small portion of that.
